User Agreement
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Scope of Service
Winghoppers acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as airlines and service vendors. We facilitate premium travel arrangements, but do not operate or control airline services directly.

Booking and Payment
– All fares are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
– Full payment is required at the time of booking via the payment methods shown at checkout.
– We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of a payment failure or dispute.
– Prices exclude ancillary airline charges unless expressly included.

Ticket Flexibility and Cancellations
– Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable unless you select a Flexible Fare during booking.
– Flexible Fares allow changes or cancellations up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability and service fees.
– Refunds (if applicable) are issued as non-transferable travel credit valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
– All modifications must be made through Winghoppers directly.

Responsibility for Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure you possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other documentation required for your journey. Winghoppers is not liable for denied boarding or delays caused by incomplete documentation.

Check-In and Missed Flights
You are responsible for checking in and arriving at the airport on time. Missed flights may result in cancellation of all remaining segments. Winghoppers bears no liability for delays or no-shows.

Frequent Flyer Programs
Some tickets may not be eligible for mileage accrual, upgrades, or benefits from loyalty programs. In certain cases, we may register a frequent flyer account on your behalf, with your consent.

Customer Communications
By booking with us, you agree to receive operational and promotional communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

Service Availability
We aim to provide timely customer support but do not guarantee response times. Service availability may vary based on time zones, holidays, and support volume.

Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
– Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
– Impersonate any person or submit false information.
– Interfere with the operation of the website or other users’ access.

Liability Disclaimer
Winghoppers shall not be held responsible for actions or omissions of airlines or third-party providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense resulting from acts beyond our control.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, pandemics, airline strikes, or governmental actions.

Legal Compliance
All international bookings are subject to applicable treaties, including the Montreal and Warsaw Conventions, which may limit airline liability in case of delays, injury, or loss.

Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, design, and software—is the intellectual property of Winghoppers or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Dubai.
